The Space
Our venue has been created especially for small, intimate gatherings. We are fortunate to have a uniquely designed indoor dining room that seats up to 32 guests and an open-sky, outdoor courtyard with additional tables and chairs for up to 25 guests. The courtyard is surrounded by lush gardens in the warmer months and is open to guests throughout the year but closed during inclement weather. In the cooler months, propane heaters and a wood-burning chiminea are available upon request.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is available for food prep and storage only – there is no stove for cooking. Bring your own home prepared food or catered food and beverages. Counter space is limited. Stainless sink with high-arc faucet and garbage disposal. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher.
WiFi, Internet, Audio & Visual
If connectivity is important for your event, The Park offers Wi-Fi to support wireless needs. The Internet is provided through Comcast Xfinity. Should your event require visuals, your choice of a 50″ or a 75” flat screen Smart TV is also available. If music is an integral part of the event, stream your favorite free and subscribed music services or play your local device library of music through Sonos Speakers.
Alcohol
Alcohol brought by the event planner or the gathering host may be served to guests on the premises at no charge. It is unlawful to sell alcoholic drinks or unopened bottles of wine, beer or liquor to guests at The Park.
The Park does not allow marijuana or illegal drugs on the property.
Basic Rental Package Pricing
The basic package includes the use of the facility plus the tables and chairs. The basic package also includes one bottle of water for each guest up to 32 people and two large garbage bags for clean-up.
The Park’s basic rental package is a flat-rate of $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum in the high-season months of May through December. In the off-season months from January through April, a flat-rate of $125 per hour with a 4-hour minimum applies. Additional fees apply if you need early access to set up or if your party remains after the 4-hour period.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of the booking to secure your event date. For your convenience, we accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. The deposit will be applied to your total rental fee.
Beginning January 1, 2025, a cleaning and damage security deposit of $100 will apply.
Basic Rental Package Plus Upgrades
In addition to the basic rental package amenities, upgrades may include but are not limited to:
White linen tablecloths & napkins; white china place-settings; beverage ware and flatware: $150
Coffee & tea station: $50

Bartender service: $35 per hour

50″ Flat-screen Smart TV provided as a courtesy for end-of-life memorials: No charge
50″ Flat-screen Smart TV used for all other occasions: $50
75″ Flat-screen Smart TV: $75
