Basic Rental Package
The Park’s basic rental package is a flat-rate of $125 per hour with a 4-hour minimum in cooler-season months from October through May. A flat-rate of $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum applies from June through September, as these are The Park’s high-season months when the courtyard is in full use. Additional fees may apply if early access is required to set up or if your party remains after the 4-hour period. Tables and chairs will be arranged according to your needs. Kitchen is available for food prep and storage only – no stove for cooking. Bring your own home prepared or catered food and beverages. Basic package also includes one bottle of water for each guest and two large garbage bags for clean-up.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of the booking to secure your event date. The deposit will be applied to your total rental fee.
Basic Package Plus Upgrades
In addition to the basic rental package amenities, upgrades may include but are not limited to:
White linen tablecloths & napkins; white china place-settings; beverage ware and flatware: $150

Bartender service: $35 per hour

50″ Flat-screen Smart TV provided as a courtesy for end-of-life memorials: No charge

The Space
Our venue has been created especially for small, intimate gatherings. We are fortunate to have an indoor dining room that seats up to 32 guests and an open-sky, outdoor courtyard with additional seating for approximately 28.
In the cooler months, a Craftsman style gas fireplace adds extra warmth and charm to the indoor dining space. The courtyard is also open to guests throughout the year. Propane heaters and a wood-burning chiminea are available to warm hands on chilly days.
Kitchen
The Park is equipped with a small prep-kitchen for organizing catered or home-made food and last-minute food and beverage prep. Counter space is limited. Stainless sink with high-arc faucet and garbage disposal. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher.
WiFi, Internet, Audio & Visual
If connectivity is important for your event, The Park offers Wi-Fi to support wireless needs. The Internet is provided through Comcast Xfinity. Should your event require visuals, your choice of a 50″ or a 75” flat screen Smart TV is also available. If music is an integral part of the event, stream your favorite free and subscribed music services or play your local device library of music through Sonos Speakers.
Alcohol
Alcohol brought by the event planner or gathering host may be served to guests on the premises at no charge. It is unlawful to sell alcoholic drinks or unopened bottles of wine, beer or liquor to guests at The Park.
The Park does not allow marijuana or illegal drugs on the property.
